External USB Sharing in XP disables after reboot?
Good morning. I have a 500GB external hard drive connected to my home network. Whenever we can trade at the Disco – It takes 20 minutes to score all files shared on the unit – and then the unit and all files are available on my network. The problem is that when I stop for the night, and turn all the systems back in the morning, the flags have been cast! And I'm reshare again. My external hard drive is USB and has its own power, usually up to the closure of all systems mode, then turn it on and detected. I use XP Pro SP2. How can I make sure that the external drive are still very divided – Whatever the system (Or unit) stops? Thank you.
I would check on your LAN foreigners hard to see if they have a firmware patch that fixes this problem realease. I'm sure there are many people complaing about the same problem. Hope that helps
