Hard WD external hard drive issue?

I got my 500gig external WD weeks and everything has been great and usually has a 33 MB / s rate transfer. But now, suddenly started to go very slow 2MB / 5 seconds. And I wonder if anyone else has problem

If your device is not I inspect all the drivers and the motherboard items, including cable. Otherwise, the hard disk fail in the end, unfortunately, even if they are new.
