Currently, I installed WinXP on my portable hard drive and installed F8 for a partition on a 60GB Seagate USB external hard drive, with the rest of the space on an NTFS partition. The installation seems to work, but I do Can not boot into anything, but XP – the system boots, as if nothing has changed since the initial installation of Windows. The boot order in the BIOS of USB, CD / DVD, hard drive … This is the first time that the Linux installation, so I'm not sure if the problem is Fedora Windows, biographies, etc. related. I've been searching online but found nothing related with sufficient attention. Any idea what that would greatly appreciated. To clarify, the BIOS is already configured to boot from USB. F8 installs grub but said the GRUB screen startup.
You should get the GRUB bootloader to boot. You can install the boot loader USB stick, so I need your BIOS to boot from the first.
