Convert NTFS to FAT32 for my ps3?

So I have a bunch of videos and pictures and music and a whole bunch of things I can not stand in my PS3. In addition, the PS3 does not automatically organizes files into folders that orginized inches, so I want to see the files on an external hard drive. but I once worked for my PS3 hardrive but not now believe that when Windows automatically formatted to ntfs change. Then there are third party programs to change their format NTFS FAT32. his gold lame the PS3 can only read fat32 external storage devices.
