How do I get files in the NexStar external 3.5 hard drive case for my computer. I have Windows XP. When I went to the Post, no hard drive? Can someone please help me. Thank you.

Well, check all connections carefully. Look for bent legs, etc. USB ports are working OK on the PC? Does the external power as well? Can you try another USB cable? Hope the drive is not dead. I had to occur in which I could not shoot anything.
