Everything you need to do is download a Live CD distribution like Gentoo, Unbuntu Linux Mint or 7 running on Windows system. You basically download http://distrowatch.com/ ISO for one of these operating systems or any other privileged listed therein. NOTE: in look for one that is compatible with your system based on the processor, RAM and the overall power system. After downloading the ISO file to burn the image file on a CD. Then change the boot order in BIOS on a CD-ROM first and reboot. Press the keyboard to load the live CD for the boot process and allow it to launch the CD LIVE. No option to install it!
