Known external hard drive on a PC at home, but not in another. . .?
I have a PC in my room without the Internet. . . Then another fact in the study. . . I can download things on my 750GB free agent. . . Then it was in my room. My hard drive is not recognized at once on this computer. I think it is likely that MagicJack garbage. . . But all Anyway, how can I get recognition? If you just reformat my entire drive?? Help!
If your computer runs Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 or very Early versions of XP, this may be the problem. versions Windows were never designed to support these large hard drives (at the time may well not even need to understand that storage capacity .. was expected maybe a maximum of 80 GB or so). In this case, I recommend you update your operating system or looking around to see if there is a patch available to support hard disks of this size. If you use a new version of XP or Vista, the problem is probably than anything else.
