I have a 1TB Iomega external hard drives. Today is the format command in FAT32 PROMT then realized that is too large. Now I want to format the original NTSF. but the driver does not appear in "My Computer", but is displayed in the Device Manager Disk Management. but when its displayed in the Disk Management, it is not in the menu WHERE C: is your unit in botom tabunder called "Disk1". said that his line of sound and active. but I can not do anything with it? The easiest way is to download a Linux Live CD and boot the Linux operating system. I suggest Ubuntu, because it may have the tool you need. Use the disk partitioning. Mount the disk external hard drive and partitioning tool to create an NTFS rather than FAT32 one. Do not do it for a while, but you should be able to simply change the format. If it does not delete the FAT32 partition and create a new one with NTFS. Why would create a FAT32 partition? It is obsolete and will used in small USB drives and memory of the phone. Can not contain a single file with a file size of 4GB and has several other limitations.
