How do I connect to my external hard drive?

So I have a Macbook (2006) and a PC with XP. I have an Apple Airport Extreme. I can connect the external hard drive to the rear of the airport and I can access my macbook wirelessly. The question is … I do not know how connect to it through my PC. Ideas?
