My external hard drive spontaneously unmounted?
I have a MacMini with an external hard drive IDE Micronet Minimate. The hard disk is a device USB, and usually goes on startup. However, shortly after trying to access a file or folder is deleted and I get the "device removal" warning. Usually reinstalling, but it's the same thing over and over again. My files are always intact on the disk. I checked the cables and different USB ports used. I can not run DiskWarrior or a comprehensive first aid unit, because the dismantling of the unit before the scans are complete. Is this a sign of a bad USB port or disc is trashed? Anything you can relive this disc?
Sorry, but I do not think anyone here can answer this question. If I will also recommend www.youtube.com www.google.com try because chances is a video that answers your question Good luck:)
