Why is my Mac hard drive completely?
I am a photographer, so I can go on the average number of days 800-1000 photos on my Mac recently I started receiving notices that my drive was running out of space, so I bought an external hard drive and transfer thousands photos from my computer and my hard drive. However, when I tried to upload more photos the next day, "said my disk was full. I So I double-checked and deleted files. I went into iPhoto and Lightroom and eliminated most of the photos of their collections (30,000 to from iPhoto and Lightroom 900). However, he always says that my disk is full. Are there hidden secret copy files somewhere? You can not have more 5,000 photos left on my computer, and compared to the 20,000 it had last week, should not tons of room left. Help!
Risk an obvious answer, make sure your basket is empty. You must right-click (or click the control, click on the finger or two) away, then hold down the option key while clicking on "Empty Trash".
