How to backup raid 0 drive to an external hard drive?

I am using raid 0, I want to have all the drivers, programs and updates installed then do a backup, so next time if I decide to reinstall windows, I dont have to install everything again. I tried to use Nero Backup 2 from Nero 7 Ultra version. Used the boot CD, it will backup non-raid drives and it sees the raid 0 logic drive as two drives(either two empty drives or two full drives, I forgot). I Also tried Paragon 8 Backup boot cd, wont work neither.
