Seagate External Hard Drives?
Can anyone tell me what is the difference between "Seagate Free Agent Pro 500GB external hard drive" and External 500 GB USB 2 SLIM HARD DRIVE SEAGATE 16 MB cache? The second unit seems better because it is thinner (I think), but it is more Ebay cheap. In addition, there is no comment for the second unit, so it makes me suspicious. I do not know what to buy.
Well, as you have written, if the difference is the size, it seems that the 2nd is designed to facilitate mobility. Also check the speed of units that could lead a difference too. In general, the higher you go, the more expensive, but it could be because the smaller is slower.
